Senior Project Manager Live Communication (m/f/d) 100 %

• You accompany your clients as a sparring partner, consultant, and coordinator
• You are responsible for the qualitative planning and implementation of small to large projects
• You take over project responsibility from clarifying the order with the client through planning to ensuring perfect execution
• You monitor and control the service delivery by external service providers in coordination with partners and suppliers
• You ensure efficient and situation-appropriate personnel deployment and resource planning
• You are personally involved in large and important client event implementations and actively assist with setup and dismantling
• You ensure efficient project and revenue controlling including invoicing
• You are responsible for building customer relationships and further developing your clients
• You develop and optimize existing processes to increase efficiency
• You are the right hand of the Head of Live Communication 2 and represent him in his absence
• You are committed and aim to qualify for the position of Head of Live Communication 2 within a few years

• You have completed training in the commercial sector or in the tourism industry, possibly further training in event/project management
• You are an organizational talent with high flexibility and assertiveness
• You have experience in managing client projects and ideally in the areas of trade fairs, events, roadshows, or sponsorship implementations
• Customer orientation, economic thinking, reliability, and proactive communication are among your strengths
• A category B driving license and business fluent German are prerequisites for this job; ideally, you can also communicate in French, Italian, and English
