- You take on a central hub function and communicate by phone and in writing with insured persons, service providers, and other stakeholders. In doing so, you ensure competent, solution-oriented support.
- You act as a gatekeeper for all customer concerns in the AXA health care sector.
- You ensure high service quality in digital channels (customer portal, myAXA app) using the innovative tools we provide you.
- You work closely with the back office and internal interfaces and promote smooth, cross-departmental collaboration.
- You independently coordinate customer concerns and efficiently forward them to the responsible specialist departments.
Your Skills and Talents
Your Skills and Talents
- Commercial training with experience in the health insurance environment and/or basic medical training (e.g., pharmaceutical assistant, druggist, MPA, FaGe, nursing specialist).
- Enjoyment of challenging customer conversations and strong communication skills.
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form; a second national language (French or Italian) is mandatory. English skills are an advantage.
- High customer orientation with the aim of ensuring an excellent customer experience.
- Flexible, independent, and resilient personality with strong teamwork skills.
- Enjoy working in a dynamic and performance-oriented environment.
