The beautifully located Hochweid Retirement Center in Kilchberg includes a retirement and nursing home with space for around 48 residents as well as a nursing group with 10 places for people with dementia. The focus of our work is on palliative care and dementia care. Our center also includes a retirement settlement with 53 senior apartments as well as 5 additional senior apartments in the Conradstift at Dorfstrasse 80/82.

Your Tasks
- Ensuring optimal basic care for needy, sick, and dying residents, taking into account palliative principles
- Observing and precisely carrying out medically prescribed measures under the guidance of nursing management or team leadership
- Implementation of medical-nursing treatment care
- Activation and promotion of the physical and mental abilities of residents through guidance and encouragement towards self-help and independence
- Collaboration with doctors, relatives, contact persons, volunteers, and external services in consultation with supervisors
- Continuous coding and documentation for RAI NH
- Observance of ethical principles, safety, effectiveness, economy, and well-being
Your Profile
- Completed nursing training as a certified nursing specialist HF or health professional/FaGe (Swiss recognition must be available)
- Experience in long-term care
- Experience with RAI RUG is an advantage
- Physical and mental resilience
- You appreciate humor, love animals, and work enthusiastically in a team
