The beautifully located Hochweid Retirement Center in Kilchberg includes a retirement and nursing home with space for around 48 residents as well as a nursing group with 10 places for people with dementia. The focus of our work is on palliative care and dementia care. Our center also includes a retirement settlement with 53 senior apartments as well as 5 additional senior apartments in the Conradstift at Dorfstrasse 80/82.

Your Tasks

Ensuring optimal basic care for needy, sick, and dying residents, taking into account palliative principles
Observing and precisely carrying out medically prescribed measures under the guidance of nursing management or team leadership
Implementation of medical-nursing treatment care
Activation and promotion of the physical and mental abilities of residents through guidance and encouragement towards self-help and independence
Collaboration with doctors, relatives, contact persons, volunteers, and external services in consultation with supervisors
Continuous coding and documentation for RAI NH
Observance of ethical principles, safety, effectiveness, economy, and well-being

Your Profile

Completed nursing training as a certified nursing specialist HF or health professional/FaGe (Swiss recognition must be available)
Experience in long-term care
Experience with RAI RUG is an advantage
Physical and mental resilience
You appreciate humor, love animals, and work enthusiastically in a team
Honesty and openness are as important to you as they are to us
