Your role: As the technical backbone of our marketing, sales, and tourism team, you lead projects, operate, and further develop our digital systems (Odoo, Magento, BSI, 3CX). You act as the interface between the team, internal IT, SCM (SAP4Hana), and external partners – ensuring that processes run smoothly and customer-oriented. You take care of the Swisshalle and Bex locations and are regularly present as a contact person on site.

What you can achieve with us

• Leading projects for the introduction of new systems as well as the operation, maintenance, and further development of existing applications with a focus on Odoo
• Maintaining close relationships with system providers and external specialists
• Responsibility as an internal application manager for customer- and consumer-oriented web applications and systems (Odoo, Magento, BSI, 3CX)
• Interface between sales, marketing, business development, tourism locations, internal IT/SCM (SAP4Hana), and external system providers – both in daily business and strategic topics
• Supporting the team through solution-oriented collaboration, consulting, training, and support
• Contributing to the definition and implementation of customer-oriented processes and workflows – balancing pragmatism and structured processes
• Active participation in sales, marketing, and tourism projects as well as proactive development of systems and processes
• Close coordination with marketing content management regarding websites, eShops (B2B/B2C), and the tourism ERP (Odoo)

Your qualities as a professional and person

• Completed training as a business informatics specialist or media technician with solid professional experience (at least 5 years)
• Practical experience in comprehensive support of web-based marketing, communication, and sales applications
• Technical competence as system owner in: SAP4Hana, Drupal, Magento, Odoo as well as experience/affinity with CRM, promoter score, social media, and SEO systems
• Confident handling of MS Office
• Strong customer orientation, empathy, team spirit, and ability to translate between marketing and IT
• Independent, structured, and organized working style combined with the ability to translate abstract thinking into agile processes
• Your pragmatic personality, seasoned with a touch of humor, makes you a team player.
• Native German or French speaker with good knowledge of the respective second language.
