- Review and assessment of coverage and liability issues, damage calculation, and payment of benefits
- Conducting negotiations with policyholders, injured parties, legal representatives, and other authorities
- Processing and execution of active and passive recourse claims

Your skills and talents
- Lawyer/attorney or specialist in civil liability
- Several years of experience in handling complex claims in the field of civil liability with bodily injury
- Strong assertiveness and negotiation skills, as well as high social and technical competencies
- Ease in human contact, perseverance, dynamism, and independence
- Ability to take initiative and team spirit
- Excellent command of the French language and good knowledge of German is an asset
