Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH (Spitex)

• You are primarily responsible as the case-leading nursing specialist for the nursing process in the customers' home environment
• Based on the assessment, you develop an individual care plan together with our customers and their relatives
• You perform basic and treatment care in complex situations, act accordingly, and set the right priorities
• You appropriately and result-oriented involve the customers' social environment in the care
• You contribute your expertise and experience for the benefit of our customers
• You work independently and are still part of a motivated team
• You document factually, comprehensibly, and completely using our electronic tools
• As the daily responsible HF, you accompany trainees and students

• A diploma as a nursing specialist HF/FH recognized in Switzerland
• Openness and interest in the life worlds of our customers
• Broad expertise and willingness to deepen it further
• Joy in working and deciding independently
• Flexible thinking and acting
• Organizational talent and fun in finding creative solutions
• Motivation to engage in the further development of Spitex
• Very good oral and written communication skills
• Open and winning personality
• Good IT user skills
• With a valid category B driving license or you are a weatherproof cyclist
