To strengthen our sales team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a motivated and committed individual to shape the future with us. Sales Engineer (80-100%) J. SCHNEEBERGER Maschinen AG develops and produces state-of-the-art CNC grinding machines with integrated robotics for the manufacture and regrinding of cutting tools and the production of various precision parts. The internationally active family business is represented in all important markets with its own sales and service branches or qualified partners. Customers include companies from tool manufacturing, the automotive industry and its suppliers, general mechanical engineering, the aerospace industry, energy technology, and contract manufacturing. What you can achieve with us:
Sales of CNC grinding machines and CAD/CAM software - acquisition of new customers, as well as support and expansion of existing customer relationships
- Active sales from project acquisition, feasibility studies, quotation, price negotiation to order receipt

Project support and organization of machine acceptance (FAT, SAT)
Sales area divided between two sales employees based in Roggwil

Direct sales: Switzerland, southern Germany, Austria, BeNeLux Sales through representatives: UK, Nordic countries, Eastern Europe, Turkey, Israel
- Close cooperation with departments such as application technology, service, and production
Marketing / Trade fairs
- Creation of marketing materials, especially short application videos and blog posts
- Active participation in European trade fairs to present the company and generate leads What we expect from you:
You have completed technical training You have professional experience in technical sales of consulting-intensive capital goods You bring excellent negotiation skills and closing strength You are willing to travel domestically and abroad You think strategically and have strong communication skills in German and English.
