Your Mission

As a consultant in the IAZI Valuation Team, you play a crucial role in the successful collaboration with our clients. This position offers you the opportunity to strengthen analytical skills and expand your real estate knowledge while simultaneously contributing to our overarching goals and mission.

Specifically, you will work on the following topics:

• Preparation of real estate valuations using the DCF method and other procedures
• Valuation of private residential homes as well as income properties of institutional investors 
• Consulting on property strategies and economic analyses of construction projects
• Support in optimizing and further developing the IAZI valuation tools
• Maintenance and care of the customer network 

Your tasks will evolve as we grow together.
 

Qualifications

What you bring 

• Graduate of a university or university of applied sciences in architecture, business administration, economics, or real estate management
• 3-5 years of professional experience in real estate valuation 
• Knowledge of the Swiss real estate market
• Strong analytical skills, interest in data management
• A high level of commitment and initiative
• Fluent oral and written language skills in German, English, French are an advantage
