Your area of responsibility

Acquisition and handling of sales or purchase mandates
Valuation of properties
Creation of property-specific marketing concepts
Accompanying potential clients in the search and purchase process
Representation of Swiss Life Immopulse in the real estate business
Brokerage of insurance transactions and mortgages (cross-selling)

Your strengths

Several years (at least 2 years) of proven experience as a real estate agent
Very good German skills, additional national language(s) an advantage
Excellent communication skills, strong sales competence, and consistent customer orientation
High social competence, empathy, and ability to work in a team
Entrepreneurial thinking as well as an independent, goal- and performance-oriented working style
Resilience, sociability, and confident appearance
