Tasks
- Eigenverantwortliches Führen einer Station inklusive Inkasso.
- Betreuen von Seminaren und Konferenzen, inklusive Kaffeepausen.
- Zubereitung von Kaffeespezialitäten und Room Service für Hotelgäste.
Skills
- Berufserfahrung in der Gastronomie und gute Schweizerdeutschkenntnisse.
- Organisationstalent und Freude am Gästekontakt.
- Flexibilität für Einsätze am Abend und am Wochenende.

Hotel Arte is known throughout Switzerland as an excellent 4*-seminar and conference hotel, in the best location in Olten. The offer includes 12 modern conference and seminar rooms, equipped with the latest technology and with a capacity for up to 500 people.
Additionally, there are 79 modern hotel rooms and an excellent international cuisine in the
"pure" restaurant with lounge, bar, and terrace.
Hotel Oltnerhof is a hotel-garni with 15 double and single rooms each and has been
part of the company since January 1, 2020.
To complement our dynamic team, we are looking for a strong
personality with organizational talent and assertiveness for a
Service Employee on Call (m/f/d)
An interesting activity awaits you
Independently managing a station including cash collection
Breakfast service (hotel & à la carte)
Supporting seminars and conferences including coffee breaks
Participating in banquets, aperitifs, and private events
Supporting and advising our international guests according to the house standards
Wine advice and service
Operating the cash register system
Preparing coffee specialties including latte art
Room service for our hotel guests
Adhering to hygiene and safety standards according to HACCP/EKAS
What should your experience backpack look like?
Professional experience in the gastronomy
Motivated, well-groomed, and customer-oriented personality
Flexibility for evening, weekend, and part-time shifts
Organizational talent with a passion for guest contact
Good Swiss German skills are a prerequisite
Knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage
