What you will do
- Support the head chef in planning and executing banquet events
- Preparation of high-quality dishes for various types of events
- Ensuring the quality and presentation of the dishes
- Contributing to the development of new menu ideas and concepts
- Compliance with hygiene standards and internal company regulations
What you bring with you
- Completed training as a cook or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in the gastronomy sector, ideally in banquets
- Good German skills, additional languages are an advantage
- Creativity and passion for culinary arts
- Team spirit and a positive work attitude

Your workplace
Your new workplace is located in Zurich-West. The Renaissance Tower Hotel comprises 252 standard rooms and 48 suites, including a Presidential Suite and a Grand Suite. There are 10 conference rooms, the Equinox Restaurant, and the Lucid Bar & Lounge. Your shifts will be scheduled according to a roster within the 7-day operation.
