What you do here

Individually and needs-oriented support and advise sick employees and their supervisors
Coordinate the sustainable reintegration of employees with treating doctors, social insurances, and pension funds
Continuously review the effectiveness and appropriateness of the measures
Ensure seamless progress documentation in the electronic case management system
Support and advise supervisors and HR consultants on questions regarding reintegration and prevention

What you ideally bring

Several years of professional experience in case management, HR consulting, or social insurance law
Further training such as CAS Case Management, social insurance specialist, or similar
Committed, open, confident, and resilient personality with strong consulting and negotiation skills
Independent, responsible, and reliable working style
Fluent German in spoken and written form as well as knowledge of French or English
