- You can present a Health Competence Analysis HF.
- You enjoy working with mentally ill people in a multiprofessional team.
- You have social skills, are flexible and resilient, and are used to working independently and responsibly.
- You maintain an open, communicative approach with patients and team members.
- You have good observation and perception skills as well as good empathy.
- You demonstrate high commitment and very good German skills (at least C1).
- Your good IT skills facilitate administrative tasks.
