• You have a three-year vocational apprenticeship with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ) or a specialized middle school diploma, a Matura, or an equivalent vocational education at secondary level 2.
• You can present a Health Competence Analysis HF.
• You enjoy working with mentally ill people in a multiprofessional team.
• You have social skills, are flexible and resilient, and are used to working independently and responsibly.
• You maintain an open, communicative approach with patients and team members.
• You have good observation and perception skills as well as good empathy.
• You demonstrate high commitment and very good German skills (at least C1).
• Your good IT skills facilitate administrative tasks.
