About HAVECO
We are a young network service company headquartered in Gwatt near Thun (BE) with another location in Zofingen (AG) and belong to the globally represented PFIFFNER Group. We employ around 30 people, operate throughout Switzerland, and carry out all work for our customers from planning to commissioning in energy, network, and plant construction.
To strengthen our team in the Zofingen region, we are looking for a leader to help us further establish our company in the market starting immediately.
Your tasks
- Responsible for leading a team consisting of group leaders, senior assemblers, and network electricians
- Responsible for ensuring the quality of the work performed
- Organizes and supervises order processing on the construction site as well as compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and deadlines
- Schedules personnel, machines, tools, and materials within an order
- Conducts assembly technical agreements with the head of network construction, ensures the updating of documents, and prepares measurements on time and completely
- Assists in acquiring new customers and maintaining existing ones
Your profile
- Experienced network electrician with advanced professional certification or network electrician with professional certification and at least 10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Leadership and organizational talent
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Experience in tendering and price calculation
- Reliability and team spirit
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form (knowledge of another national language is an advantage)
- Driver's license category B
