• Main tasks include tax certificates, withholding tax refunds, and capital gains taxes AT-LI. The focus is on the holistic and complex management process (planning, processing, monitoring) coordinated with the production cycle with internal and external partners.
• Less time-consuming but equally important are the provision of additional services such as Tax Voucher, WHT reporting for fund refunds, reporting for LI crediting, management of acquisition data, and the creation of depot exit certificates as part of the task spectrum.
• Professional and technical implementation of innovations as well as regulatory and tax law adjustments in the areas of tax certificates and refunds.
• Contact person for client advisors as well as contact person for internal specialist departments.

• Legal or business background (basic training) or a comparable qualification, e.g., banking apprenticeship with relevant professional experience:
• All-rounder with solid knowledge in the areas of international taxes as well as tax regulatory topics, finance, and tax law or the willingness to acquire this knowledge.
• Know-how from the Corporate Actions department.
• Avaloq knowledge is an advantage.
• Fluent in German, confident communication in English.
