We are an established company in the building services engineering sector in Northwestern Switzerland with around 250 employees. Our services in the areas of plant construction, assembly, and service include the fields of sanitary, heating, ventilation, refrigeration, and pipeline construction.

Our customer service department offers private and commercial customers the replacement or new installation of building services systems. These are installations in single-family homes, smaller to medium-sized multi-family houses, or commercial buildings.

For the sanitary department, we are looking for a new team member immediately or by arrangement as

Chief Installer/Project Manager Customer Service Sanitary m/f/d

Your tasks:

• Independent organization, coordination, and management of sanitary installations in new construction and renovation
• Monitoring the timely, cost-effective, and quality-compliant execution of sanitary installations according to plans and specifications
• Supervision and leadership of a small assembly team
• Support of office staff in the preparation and processing of offers
• Material orders, reporting, and control of material consumption
• Contact person for site managers, architects, planners, and other trades on site
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety and quality regulations
• Participation in construction meetings and active involvement in finding solutions to technical challenges
• Inspection of completed work and assistance with commissioning and acceptance

Your profile

Professional:

• Completed vocational training as a sanitary installer EFZ or equivalent qualification
• Certified chief installer or equivalent training
• Preferably office experience or further training in the commercial field
• Several years of professional experience in the execution and ideally in the construction management of sanitary installations in new construction and renovation
• Independent coordination and supervision of construction sites – from work preparation to completion
• Confident handling of plans, schematics, and technical documentation
• Experience in leading assembly teams as well as cooperation with builders, architects, and other trades
• Knowledge of relevant standards, regulations, and safety standards
