Shape the future of e-mobility with us!
Are you passionate about supporting our customers, solving technical challenges, and actively contributing to the mobility transition? Then become part of the Operations team at Scania Pilot Partner – and help us create innovative solutions for a sustainable future.
Who we are:
Scania Pilot Partner is an independent unit within Scania with a clear focus on accelerating e-mobility. We act entrepreneurially, take responsibility for the entire lifecycle of our products, and develop pioneering solutions – even where no established standards exist yet. Our collaboration is based on integrity, flat hierarchies, and shared leadership. The team is internationally positioned – with colleagues in Australia, Germany, Gothenburg, and Södertälje. Through proactive customer support and active risk management, we help position Scania as an innovation driver for sustainable mobility.
Your tasks:
As a Customer Operations Engineer, you are the technical contact person for our pilot customers – from rollout to daily operation. You analyze and resolve technical issues, support remotely or on-site, and ensure that our vehicles remain reliably in use.
Your responsibilities include:
• Technical support throughout the entire product lifecycle
• Analysis and resolution of complex fault patterns ("Flying Doctor" missions)
• Collaboration with customers in Södertälje as well as worldwide (e.g., Sweden, Norway, Germany, Australia)
• Support of existing solutions and participation in future innovations
• Working with different technologies – also outside the Scania modular system (e.g., trailers, solar panels)
What you bring:
• You enjoy working in a team and feel comfortable in dynamic, changing environments.
• You are service-oriented, customer-focused, and want to actively contribute to Scania's success.
• You communicate clearly and confidently in English – at all levels within the company.
• You have practical experience in technical customer support – ideally with commercial vehicles.
• You work in a structured way, are reliable, and build long-term customer relationships.
Your profile:
• Completed engineering degree or comparable professional experience
• Background in R&D, software development, or technical operational support with a focus on high availability
• Solid product knowledge, e.g., regarding axle ratios, control units, and software downloads
• Class CE driving license (truck + trailer) is required
Note: Even if you do not meet all requirements, we encourage you to apply! Convince us with your motivation, willingness to learn, and your contribution to the success of our customers.
What we offer you:
• Participation in pioneering e-mobility solutions
• International collaboration in a diverse, global team
• An open, entrepreneurial work culture with plenty of room for innovation and personal responsibility
