Polymechanic – Maintenance
Activities
- Analysis and troubleshooting (hydraulic, pneumatic, automation)
- Carrying out maintenance and repair work on industrial and instrumentation and control systems
- Dismantling, testing and overhaul of valves, cylinders as well as measuring and control devices
- Professional repair of mechanical and technical components
- Optimization and technical adaptation of systems
- Introducing and implementing improvement proposals
- Close cooperation with engineering, automation and production
- Participation in shutdowns, revisions and planned system shutdowns
- Systematic error analysis and sustainable problem solving
Requirements
- Completed technical basic training, e.g. as an industrial mechanic, agricultural machinery mechanic, polymechanic, automation technician, electromechanic, electrician or comparable qualification
- Practical experience in an industrial environment, ideally in a production environment
- Knowledge or strong interest in hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanics and component overhaul, instrumentation/measurement and control or EMSR
- Experience in working with electrical and automation specialists is an advantage
- Willingness to perform on-call duty
- Good German skills (at least level B2) for secure communication within the team and with adjacent departments
