Polymechanic – Maintenance

Activities

Analysis and troubleshooting (hydraulic, pneumatic, automation)
Carrying out maintenance and repair work on industrial and instrumentation and control systems
Dismantling, testing and overhaul of valves, cylinders as well as measuring and control devices
Professional repair of mechanical and technical components
Optimization and technical adaptation of systems
Introducing and implementing improvement proposals
Close cooperation with engineering, automation and production
Participation in shutdowns, revisions and planned system shutdowns
Systematic error analysis and sustainable problem solving

Requirements

Completed technical basic training, e.g. as an industrial mechanic, agricultural machinery mechanic, polymechanic, automation technician, electromechanic, electrician or comparable qualification
Practical experience in an industrial environment, ideally in a production environment
Knowledge or strong interest in hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanics and component overhaul, instrumentation/measurement and control or EMSR
Experience in working with electrical and automation specialists is an advantage
Willingness to perform on-call duty
Good German skills (at least level B2) for secure communication within the team and with adjacent departments
