About the job
The Cleaning Agent contributes to the proper functioning of buildings and infrastructures by performing the necessary cleaning, maintenance, and upkeep tasks. Versatile and autonomous, they work both inside and outside the facilities, use various tools and machines, and ensure the proper condition of communal equipment. They guarantee a clean, safe, and operational environment in collaboration with internal teams.
Main Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain buildings and infrastructures including restrooms and refilling products (soap, hand towels, toilet paper)
- Ensure proper and ecological waste disposal
- Handle the collection, sorting, and distribution of internal and external mail
- Maintain outdoor areas: mowing, watering, cleaning roofs and gutters, snow removal
- Manage beverage stock (water fountains, coffee, meeting rooms)
- Contribute to the organization of lunches and monthly events
- Manage the cleaning and distribution of work clothes
- Monitor digital controls and maintain infrastructures (heating, air conditioning, compressor, dryer)
- Perform minor repairs and ensure the proper functioning of installations; intervene in case of minor breakdowns
Profile
- AFP as Operations Agent or equivalent training; CFC is an advantage.
- Proven experience in concierge services
- Comfortable with manual work; knowledge of sanitary or heating installations is a plus
- Fluency in French (spoken and written), another language is an advantage
- Reliability, autonomy, and a sense of service
- Availability for split shifts (approx. 6:30 am–12 pm and 1:30 pm–5 pm)
- Driving license required
