Become part of our dynamic project and solutions management team! To support a project in the field of correctional services, we are looking for a Senior ICT Business Analyst starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks
- You gather, analyze, and document requirements in close collaboration with stakeholders.
- You document work processes and analyze their digitization potential together with specialists.
- You create use cases, user stories with acceptance criteria, and test cases.
- You model and document system requirements using UML.
- You develop and document concepts on topics such as business organization or information security and data protection.
- You support the preparation of tender documents.
- You moderate workshops and training sessions with internal and external stakeholders.
- You ensure clear communication between departments, IT, and suppliers.
- You support the definition and validation of test cases.
Requirements and experience
- Completed studies or equivalent qualification in (business) informatics or business administration.
- At least 5 years of experience as a business analyst in classical and agile projects.
- High customer orientation and good communication skills.
- Solid knowledge in creating user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Very good knowledge of UML (e.g., use case, class, component, or sequence diagrams).
- Experience in modeling business processes.
- Basic understanding of software development processes and IT architectures.
- Experience with common tools for requirements documentation such as Confluence and JIRA.
- Practical experience working within a Scrum team.
- Strong teamwork skills and willingness to actively contribute to developing a positive team culture.
- Identification with Scrum values, certification is an advantage.
- Very good German skills, English is an advantage.
