To strengthen our team, we are looking in Aarburg for a 21-hour weekly working time (50% job sharing) a:
Sales Specialist for B2B Partner Program (m/f/d)
In this position, you are the driving force behind our VELUX partner program and other customer loyalty initiatives for our partners from the trades. For this, you maintain close contact with our partners as well as internal colleagues and take over the organizational support. Additionally, you plan and coordinate marketing measures and partner events and also support the conceptual further development of our partner program.
These tasks await you:
Responsibility for the existing partner program and partner support including handling inquiries, monitoring participation criteria, and various administrative tasks
Responsibility for planning, organizing, and conducting partner events, webinars, and other partner events
Planning, coordination, and implementation of marketing measures to activate sales
Continuous optimization and further development of the partner program
Close cooperation with our sales consultants and sales management and coordination of processes with involved internal departments
Documentation of internal and external processes as well as budgeting and cost monitoring
Provision of relevant data from reports (e.g., from Power BI) and derivation of recommendations for optimizing the partner program and our processes
You bring with you:
A completed commercial vocational training (e.g., marketing or sales specialist) or another comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in marketing or sales
Experience in B2B customer loyalty, partner support, or event management
Strong hands-on mentality, initiative, and high communication skills
An independent working style and good organizational skills as well as willingness for job sharing
High IT affinity and experience with CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot) is an advantage
Very good German as well as good English and French skills
