The iwaz offers as a social enterprise assistance for residential, training, and work opportunities, is a service provider for industrial, rehabilitation technology, and social assignments, and is a venue for seminars, events, and gastronomic experiences in Wetzikon.
The housekeeping service, as support for the residential and gastronomy area, ensures effective handling of dirty laundry and cleaning of living and operational spaces. In the spirit of inclusion, the teams are supplemented with employees with limited performance capabilities and are supported professionally and personally in their participation.

From May 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for you as Head of Housekeeping 100%
You are responsible for the professional quality and timely implementation of tasks. You lead a team appropriately to the situation and develop the services forward-looking.
Your Tasks
- Further development of the cleaning and laundry areas in quality and process design
- Active participation in development projects and the introduction of new processes
- Professional and personnel management of the 10-member team (including employees with support needs)
- Ordering and logistics of consumables
- Supporting the teams to fulfill their tasks
- Integration of people with limited performance capabilities into work processes
- Promotion of team members in their skills and task content
You Bring
- A completed training in housekeeping, cleaning, or facility management
- Experience and further training in cooperative team leadership
- Ideally experience in healthcare
- Basic pedagogical knowledge is an advantage
- Understanding of people with limited performance capabilities
- Good IT user skills as well as very good German language skills in spoken and written form
