For our Gate Service area in Western Switzerland/Bern, we are looking for a committed and competent personality like you!
Your main tasks
Technical responsibility
- You and your team are responsible for modernization and repair work on gate systems – including handover and instruction to our customers
- Compliance with safety regulations, standards as well as warranty and legal requirements is a matter of course for you
- You pitch in and actively support your team in planning periodic maintenance work
- You support scheduling in organizing projects – from planning to final invoicing. You have deadlines and costs under control
- You ensure clear and targeted communication with all project participants and are a sparring partnerfor modernization sales
- You assist the administration with offers, calculations, and obtaining inquiries
- You are also responsible for achieving targets according to process indicators, budget, and strategy
Leadership tasks
- You lead, train, and promote your team of 6-9 employees according to our leadership understanding
- You ensure that team-relevant processes, work equipment, and documents are correctly applied, understood, and trained
- You proactively implement occupational safety and health measures and regularly check them
What you bring
- Successfully completed technical basic training, ideally additional training in the commercial field, several years of professional experience in assembly or customer service, and experience in team leadership
- Native French speaker with good German skills (level B2)
- Class B driving license and residence in Western Switzerland/Bern
- Willingness to attend regular training and team meetings in German-speaking Switzerland
- Winning charisma, pronounced service awareness, very independent working style
- Good planning and organizational skills as well as pronounced entrepreneurial thinking and acting complete your profile
