• Warm welcome and professional care of guests at the Front Office
• Conducting check-ins and check-outs as well as answering guest inquiries
• Supporting the Front Office Manager in the areas of: personnel planning, quality assurance, forecasting, and process optimization
• Handling telephone and written inquiries and forwarding messages to the appropriate departments
• Ensuring smooth operations at the Front Office to guarantee a pleasant and unforgettable hotel experience for our guests

• Enthusiasm for the hotel industry and a strong interest in working at the Front Office
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
• Good German, English, and/or French skills in spoken and written form; additional languages are an advantage
• Team spirit, reliability, and willingness to learn new skills and develop further
• You are currently studying at a recognized hotel management school
