Maintenance Specialist (100%)
for our new University of Applied Sciences center
In this versatile role, you ensure the smooth operation and technical maintenance of our new University of Applied Sciences center, which is currently under construction. You independently carry out inspection, maintenance, and repair work on HVAC, photovoltaic, and sprinkler systems as well as other safety- and operation-relevant systems. In doing so, you check the condition of the systems, document anomalies, troubleshoot malfunctions, and independently initiate appropriate measures. In addition, you contribute to the setup and further development of our new CAFM system and ensure the complete and correct recording of all maintenance and system data. Together with your team and other specialists, you optimize maintenance processes and repair strategies. If necessary, you also take on tasks at other FH Graubünden locations.
Your profile
- Technical vocational training (e.g., maintenance specialist, building technician, electrician, or a comparable qualification)
- Professional experience in inspection, maintenance, and repair, ideally in building technology or infrastructure operations
- Know-how in building management systems and experience with CAFM systems is an advantage
