Group Management Spitex Care, Housekeeping and Support / Deputy Department Head, 80–100 %
We are the Foundation for Senior Housing of the City of Zurich (SAW) and operate more than 30 settlements with around 2000 affordable apartments for people aged 60 and over. Our tasks include supporting our tenants with everyday, social, and nursing services and promoting community activities in the settlements. More about us at www.wohnenab60.ch.
Tasks
- You take over the leadership of the team leaders for care, housekeeping, and support of our independent municipal Spitex Zurich SAW. Indirectly, you are responsible for over 80 employees.
- In this key role, you also act as deputy to the department head and contribute significantly to the strategic and operational development of our foundation.
- You ensure high-quality care and compliance with applicable standards in care as well as housekeeping and support.
- You actively engage in the quality-oriented development of our employees.
- In close coordination with the department head, you optimize processes and resource use of Spitex Zurich SAW.
- You lead projects and share responsibility for achieving strategic goals.
Profile
- Completed training as a certified nurse HF/FH or an equivalent nursing qualification at tertiary level
- Completed leadership training and proven leadership experience
- Extensive practical experience and in-depth knowledge of processes and structures in the Spitex sector
- Further training in quality management is an advantage
- Good application skills in MS Office and ideally experience with the software Perigon
