All-rounder in Facility Maintenance (80 to 100%)
This excites you
- You ensure clean and well-kept indoor and outdoor areas
- You independently carry out minor repairs and maintenance work
- You actively and gladly work together with our youth and pass on your knowledge and experience in everyday life
- You conduct inspection rounds and make sure everything runs smoothly
- You take care of seasonal tasks: gardening in summer, snow removal in winter, and general disposal work
- You flexibly pitch in daily and support the team as needed
You bring with you
- Experience in garden maintenance, building upkeep, and sports field care
- Craftsmanship skills and quick comprehension
- Enjoyment in working as a service provider and all-rounder
- Willingness for on-call duty
- Driver's license with trailer
- Good physical fitness and enjoyment of outdoor work
- You feel comfortable working with youth – including those who do not always take the straight path
