Your tasks
- Ensuring needs-based care as well as professional wound management
- Collaboration with general practitioners and other referrers
- Co-responsibility for the care process of clients
- Conducting evaluations and adjusting electronic documentation
- Advising and supporting clients and their relatives
- Participating in quality assurance and further development of care processes
- Accompanying trainees and students in everyday life
Your skills
- Training as a nurse HF or equivalent, SRK-recognized diploma
- Independent assessment of nursing situations
- Appreciative communication and high social competence
- Flexibility and resilience
- Enjoyment of independent and responsible work
- IT skills
- Car driving license
