Nurse (50-100%) Fixed-term contract of 3 to 6 months

Your mission:

• provide quality care in partnership with the patient and their surroundings, respecting the current care philosophy
• promote interdisciplinary collaboration and actively participate both within the team and with all members of the establishment
• evaluate your performance and make necessary adjustments aiming for the constant improvement of your interventions
• participate in the development of the service

Your profile:

• nursing diploma or equivalent training
• experience in acute care is an asset
• proficiency in French or German with good knowledge of the other language
• particular interest in multidisciplinary work
• ability to work independently and in a team
• organizational skills and sense of responsibility
• computer skills

• Provide high-quality care in collaboration with patients and their environment, taking into account the applicable nursing guidelines.
• Promote interdisciplinary collaboration and actively participate at both team and hospital levels.
• Assess your performance and adjust it in the interest of continuous quality improvement.
• Contribute to the further development of the department.
  
  Profile
• Nursing diploma or equivalent training
• Experience in acute care is an advantage
• German or French with good knowledge of the other language
• Strong interest in interdisciplinary work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Organizational skills and sense of responsibility
• Computer skills
