Your tasks
- Management and organization of patient-related documents
- Contact person and interface for patients, nursing staff, relatives, as well as doctors
- Patient reception and care before, during, and after treatment
- Practice management
- Assistance in the preparation of medical reports
- Service recording, statistics, and billing
- Blood sampling as well as performing various measurements (blood pressure, pulse, weight, height)
Your profile
- Completed vocational training as a medical assistant
- Work experience – especially in the field of psychiatry is desirable
- People person – empathy and sensitivity in dealing with our patients and their relatives are prerequisites
