Your scope of action
- You ensure the daily management of our customers' requests, in a hybrid manner – from our site or by teleworking (up to 50% home office after an on-site training phase)
- You communicate by phone and in writing with our internal and external contacts, offering personalized and quality advice
- Thanks to your sense of service, you accurately understand customer needs and propose concrete ideas to improve our processes and enrich the customer experience
- As a committed member of the customer service and the Galenica health network, you actively contribute to the development of the team and the company
- You like to take responsibility and participate in concrete improvements in a dynamic and transforming environment
- You professionally and confidently handle administrative tasks such as orders, invoicing, and complaints
Your strengths
- You have a pharmacy assistant CFC or an equivalent training in the health field and possess good knowledge of medicines – first experience in customer service is a real plus
- Comfortable on the phone, you are communicative and know how to stay calm even in busy situations
- You demonstrate rigor, efficiency, and a solution-oriented mindset
- You master MS Office tools and ideally have already worked with SAP
- To ensure optimal customer service, you are ready to work flexible hours: Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 19:00, as well as about once a month on Saturday from 08:30 to 13:30
- If French is your mother tongue and you also have some basics in German, you are the person we are looking for!
