Your tasks

• In this diverse role, you will take care of our existing customers by phone and email.
• Processing incoming contract changes is part of your daily business
• With your competent, customer-oriented, and efficient way of working, you also ensure a quick and flawless handling of other customer concerns and thus contribute significantly to high customer satisfaction
• Recording pledges
• Due to your solution-oriented personality and your curiosity, you are also highly valued by your colleagues in various projects
• In your daily work, you use your excellent German skills both on the phone and in correspondence. Any additional language you master is a plus!

You bring with you

• You are a solution-oriented personality with a high willingness to provide service and a pronounced cross-border team orientation
• Commercial training and/or several years of cross-industry experience in the insurance sector
• Strong customer and team orientation
• Confident handling of MS Office
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form are mandatory, any additional national language is an advantage
