About the job

Your responsibilities include:

• Introduction, support, and guidance of students HF/FH Nursing, apprentices FaGe, apprentices AGS, interns, and trial learners
• Conducting learning support with learners, students, and interns
• Supporting and promoting learners and students in the work and learning process and managing and monitoring the learning process documentation
• Ensuring learning success and transfer into everyday training
• Co-responsibility for implementing the Flury Foundation's educational mandate
• Responsibility for compliance and assurance of training quality
• Support and coaching of daily reference persons to accompany learners, students, and interns in daily business

Your profile:

• Certified nursing professional HF/FH, with at least one year of professional experience
• Independence and flexibility as well as high self- and social competence
• Strong perception and observation skills
