Tasks

Install and commission coffee machines for a great coffee experience.
Perform maintenance to ensure machines operate flawlessly.
Provide weekend support every 6 weeks for customer needs.

Skills

Must have a driver's license (Category B) and technical skills.
Fluent German skills, both written and spoken, are required.
Customer-oriented thinking and action are essential.

About the job

Assembly and commissioning of our coffee machines to provide our customers with an excellent coffee experience.

Maintenance and repair work on our products to ensure that our coffee machines always function perfectly.

Approximately every 6 weeks, you will be available to our customers on Saturday and Sunday for on-call service so that they do not have to do without professional support.

YOUR PROFILE:

If you have a driver's license (category B), electrotechnical and mechanical knowledge, very good German skills in spoken and written form, as well as customer-oriented thinking and acting, we look forward to receiving your application!

Comprehensive introduction phase: At the beginning of your employment, you will undergo a six-month introduction phase during which you will accompany our service technicians and attend product training. During this time, you will learn everything you need to know to perform your duties.
