Job Description
- Professional and service-oriented care of patients, guests, and external customers, from reception to farewell
- Central contact point and coordination hub for internal and external concerns
- Responsibility for smooth processes during patient admissions and discharges, including emergency admissions
- Proper operation of telephone and communication systems as well as forwarding incoming calls
- Organization and coordination of chauffeur rides for patients
- Responsible for the kiosk assortment including ordering and controlling
- Processing incoming and franking outgoing mail
- Monitoring the alarm and fault system in cooperation with the technical service
- Ensuring and coordinating all organizational processes at the reception while adhering to applicable quality and safety standards
Qualifications
- You have training in the commercial sector, retail, or hotel and hospitality industry, preferably with a focus on front office
- Several years of experience in a similar position, ideally in a hospital or healthcare setting
- Very good German skills (native language) as well as good English skills, additional languages are an advantage
- Very good MS Office skills
- Willingness to take responsibility and strong teamwork skills
- Very good organizational skills, flexibility, and resilience even in demanding situations
- Well-groomed appearance and very good manners
- Willingness to work irregular shifts (early shift from 6:00 a.m., late shifts until 9:00 p.m., and weekend shifts)
