Company Description
Our client is a private bank based in Geneva that was established over 150 years ago. With more than 500 employees spread across about ten countries, it offers a wide range of services relying on constantly evolving IT.
To meet legal requirements and further improve the quality of services offered, it wishes to strengthen its internal IT audit team and has asked us to assist in the search for a new internal IT auditor.
Job Description
Under the responsibility of the head of internal audit, you will bring your experience in your area of expertise:
- Conduct internal IT audits to ensure that the IT environment meets the highest standards
- Collaborate with the rest of the internal audit team to comply with legal requirements
- Contribute to the establishment of audit plans, particularly for the IT part
- Collaborate/provide the evidence required by the external audit
- Participate in projects integrating risk management into daily operational management
- Participate in remediation plans and implementation of recommendations approved by management
- Provide support/coach junior internal audit resources
Qualifications
- A higher education degree in IT or business management (Bachelor or Master)
- Certification in the audit field (CISA, CIA or equivalent) highly appreciated
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in auditing, including at least 5 years within the internal audit department of a Swiss bank. Preference will be given to candidates familiar with private banking
- Very good command of French, minimum B2 level in English
- Swiss nationality, valid work permit, or citizen of the European Union
- Residence in Switzerland or willingness to settle there
