- Proficient in bookkeeping, especially payroll and invoicing.
- Strong organizational skills and team-oriented with discretion.

Spitex Region Interlaken AG and its 110 motivated employees provide 15 municipalities around Interlaken with home help and care servicesWe are looking for a motivated and committed person for the position as of April 1, 2026 or by arrangement
Your tasks
• Participation in the daily business of financial accounting
• Management of accounts payable and accounts receivable as well as assistance with payment transactions
• Correspondence with municipalities, cantons, and insurers
• Cooperation with an external trustee who handles complex cases and financial statements
• Active participation in administrative tasks of the organization
• Attendance at meetings and taking minutes
You bring with you
• Further training as an accounting clerk or federal specialist certificate in finance and accounting
• Solid experience in accounting, ideally in payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Experience in healthcare or with public billing is an advantage
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• Discretion, organizational skills, and good knowledge of German
• Teamwork skills and high service orientation
