Specifically?
- You will acquire new business introducers with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- You identify and exploit the potential of existing customers and prospects.
- You will support clients and analyze their requests regarding financing, investments, and financial planning while assessing risks.
- You use the marketing and commercial information system with a service quality optimization mindset to manage customer follow-up.
- You establish and maintain a trusting relationship with customers, notably through positive relationship follow-up (knowing how to anticipate client expectations, showing the bank's appreciation).
- You ensure proactive follow-up of clients after a request for an offer/information or after personal contact.
- You continuously train yourself on changes in internal and external directives.
- You control the customer relationship, particularly ensuring compliance with legal provisions, anti-money laundering regulations, and risk management aspects.
