Your Tasks
- Ensuring the smooth running of consultations as well as assisting in other specialist areas
- Transcribing from dictation, composing various internal and external correspondences, and taking minutes if required
- Telephone contact person for patients, internal and external partners
- Meticulous maintenance of patient records in the electronic patient dossier (KISIM/Navision)
- Performing specific diagnostic activities in the area of deployment with patient care and, if necessary, assistance during examinations
- Support with venous and capillary blood sampling, infusions, and injections
Your Profile
- A completed vocational training as MPA, Health Specialist (FaGe), or you are a nursing specialist
- A strong affinity for handling medical-technical devices and PCs
- Forward-looking organizational talent as well as a reliable, team-oriented, solution-focused, and highly patient- and service-oriented personality
- With your confident German and solid terminology knowledge, you reflect our professionalism in transcribing from dictation as well as in handling all correspondences

- Enjoyment of interdisciplinary teamwork
