Mission

Independently prepare and process the service charge statements of the portfolio
Entry and transfer in the SAP RE-FX system of data related to buildings, rental units, and lease contracts
Ensure the quality of data and processes
Assistance in the area of computerized processes
Administrative support tasks and other tasks as requested by the supervisor

Required skills

Affinity for data, numbers, and IT
Commercial training with, ideally, experience in property management or financial accounting
Good knowledge of MS Excel
Knowledge of SAP (a plus)
Good knowledge of German
