About the job

You plan and implement projects in the area of Security + HSE at the headquarters in Biel. You support with specialist questions at our production sites within the Cendres+Métaux group. As a specialist for building security or occupational safety and health protection (ASGS), you ensure that existing safety standards are adhered to and continuously improved. With your expertise, you make an important contribution to risk minimization and the protection of our employees. You plan and conduct training sessions and workshops to promote the safety culture. Risk assessments, audits, and safety inspections are natural tools for you to identify and minimize risks. You create meaningful analyses, reports, and KPIs for management. Security+HSE Specialist (m/f/d) 80% - 100% Your field of activity What you bring Experience in Security + HSE in an industrial environment Ideally, a Swiss federal certificate as a specialist:in ASGS or a recognized diploma in Health + Safety Alternatively: career changers with solid technical understanding, quick comprehension, and interest in corresponding further training Sound knowledge of relevant legal regulations and standards (e.g., EKAS, ISO 14001) Experience with digital tools for safety monitoring and documentation is an advantage Negotiation-level language skills in German and French Ability to communicate complex safety and HSE-related issues appropriately and understandably Independent, structured working style as well as pronounced analytical thinking skills Organizational talent, negotiation skills, and empathetic demeanor when dealing with employees, managers, partners, and authorities Our offer An interesting, varied, and responsible activity awaits you in a modern, future-oriented company.
