In Binz near Maur ZH, we offer a total of 24 adults with cognitive and partly physical and psychological impairments partially and fully supported residential options. In the residential groups, the residents are individually cared for, accompanied, and supported in basic care if needed.Your Tasks
In this demanding role, you are responsible for the operational management of the residential area in Binz. You also bear responsibility for the professional, personnel, and economic management of your area. You work hands-on, develop new educational concepts, methods, and standards, and implement them in a structured manner together with your team. <ul> <li>You ensure that the residents receive appropriate development opportunities and support your team in maintaining contact with relatives and legal guardians</li> <li>Together with your team, you create a living environment with a high feel-good factor</li> <li>You are an integral part of the residential team and regularly take shifts in the residential groups, including weekends and holidays</li> <li>You take responsibility for optimal occupancy of the residential places and are responsible for acquisition when residents leave</li> <li>You are responsible for an attractive and varied employment and event program for the residents</li> <li>You represent our institutions externally and regularly participate in experience exchanges and events in our sector</li> <li>You are responsible for training and accompany FaBe apprentices EFZ and HF Social Pedagogy students until completion in their professional and personal development process</li> <li>You actively contribute to the implementation of our strategy</li> </ul> <strong>*Additional 20% workload possible </strong>After successful onboarding, there is the possibility to qualify for the position of deputy management within one year. The expanded scope of duties includes, among other things, deputizing for the management during absences and independently leading selected projects.
Your Profile
<ul> <li>You have a higher professional examination or advanced training in the social or health sector and can demonstrate training or further education in leadership</li> <li>You are qualified as a practical trainer for HF students</li> <li>You have several years of leadership experience in a similar position and are regarded as a person with high social competence</li> <li>You communicate emotionally intelligently to integrate and motivate employees</li> <li>You take responsibility for planning, controlling, and implementing projects, coordinate resources and tasks efficiently, and ensure that goals are achieved on time, within budget, and with high quality</li> <li>You have a strong network with relevant contacts in the industry, which you actively maintain and use purposefully for business and professional matters</li> <li>A proficient use of common Microsoft Office applications is a matter of course for you</li> </ul>
