Your tasks are
- Order, install and maintain end devices (PCs, thin clients, printers, telephones)
- Provide IT support remotely and on-site (ticket system & hotline)
- Qualify and process incoming support requests via the telephone hotline or the ticket system
- Maintain user and rights management (Active Directory)
- Document processes and solutions for the IT team
- Carry out IT workplace relocations in our various laboratories
- Inventory and document IT assets
