Your Profile
- Completed training as a nursing specialist
- Completed further training as a leading nursing specialist
- Several years of professional experience
- Leadership experience
- Enjoyment in working with mentally ill people
- Commitment, flexibility, ability to work in a team and resilience
- An appreciative attitude
- Good communication skills
