YourKeyResponsibilities
BusinessDevelopment–LeisureSegment
- Develop,lead,andexecutetheoverallcommercialstrategytomeetandexceedbudgetedrevenuetargets.
- DefineanddrivetheleisuresegmentsalesstrategyfortheCluster.
- Develop,manage,andstrengthentheleisureclientportfolio(agencies,touroperators,consortia,wholesalers,leisuregroups)fortheCluster.
- Identifyopportunitiesinexistingandemergingmarkets,analyzeindustrytrends,andproposetargetedactions toincreaserevenue.
- Identifygrowthdrivers,emergingmarkets,andstrategicpartners.
- Representthehotelsatinternationaltradefairs,roadshows,famtrips,andleisurefocusedevents.
- ProactivelymanagetherelationshipwithLeadingHotelsoftheWorld(LHW)astheClusterrepresentative withinthenetwork.
- ManagecommercialrelationshipswithSalesRepresentativesacrossinternationalmarkets.
AccountManagement&PartnerRelations
- Developandmaintainstrongrelationshipswithkeyleisureaccounts,ensuringpersonalizedfollow-upinlinewiththefive-starstandardsofbothproperties.
- Actasthemainpointofcontactforstrategicpartners,ensuringsmooth,proactivecommunication.
Analysis&MarketIntelligence
- Analyze,monitor,andinterpretperformancedata(STR,P&L,forecasts,pacereports,customermix),purchasingbehavior,andlocalandinternationaleconomictrends.
- ConductregularcompetitiveandSWOTanalysestoanticipatemarketdevelopments.
- Identifyandrecommendcorrectiveandpreventiveactionsbasedonperformanceresults.
Representation&BrandImage
- Buildandmaintainlong-termrelationshipswithmajorclients,agencies,partners,andstrategicaccounts.
- Ensureapersonalizedandproactiveclientapproachalignedwithfive-starserviceexcellencestandards.
Leadership&Management
- Lead,coach,andmotivatetheSalesteams,developingindividualandcollectiveperformanceinBernandLausanne.
- Setclearperformanceobjectives(KPIs)foralldepartmentsinLausanneandBernandprovideregularreportingtobothGeneralManagementteams.
- Fosteracultureofexcellence,cross-departmentalcollaboration,andteamcohesion.
- Activelyparticipateinbudgeting,forecasting,andpricingstrategyinclosecollaborationwiththeADOS–MICEsegmentandtheRevenueManager.
