• Responsibility for professional, holistic, and resource-oriented care and support of residents/patients
• Planning, implementation, and evaluation of the nursing process according to current nursing standards
• Proper execution of medically prescribed diagnostic and therapeutic measures
• Accurate and complete management of electronic nursing documentation as well as ensuring recipient-appropriate, interdisciplinary information flow
• Accompaniment, advice, and support for relatives
• Active shaping of nursing and care quality as well as participation in quality and development projects
• Co-responsibility in supporting apprentices and students (depending on qualification)

• Completed training as a certified nurse HF or equivalent recognized
• High professional, social, and personal competence
• Strong communication skills and empathetic interaction with people
• Responsible, independent, and structured way of working
• Good computer skills, ideally experience with electronic nursing documentation
• Willingness for interdisciplinary collaboration and continuous further education
