Property Accountant 80–100%

In this versatile role, you will take responsibility for the financial management of a varied property portfolio and act as an important interface between ownership, property management, tenants and external partners.

Your tasks

• Independent management of property accounting for your own property portfolio
• Management of accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Booking and monitoring of rent payments
• Execution of payment transactionsPreparation of heating, operating and ancillary cost statements
• Preparation and creation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statementsReconciliation and control of accounts as well as periodic accruals
• Monitoring of dunning and debt collection processes
• Creation of evaluations, reports and owner statements
• Support with budgeting and financial analyses
• Competent contact person for owners, tenants, property managers and external partners
• Close cooperation with property management
• General tasks in the area of finance and property accounting

Your profile

• Completed commercial basic training or an equivalent qualification
• Professional experience in property or real estate accounting
• Further training in finance and accounting or in the real estate sector is an advantage
• Good knowledge of Swiss accounting
• Confident use of MS Office
• Experience with the property accounting software Immotop2 and Abacus is an advantage
• Independent, structured and precise way of working
• Affinity for numbers and a strong sense of responsibility
• Service-oriented and professional appearance
• Enjoyment of teamwork
