About the job

Your Tasks and Perspectives

Responsibility for organizing consultations and efficient appointment coordination
Telephone operation for internal and external contacts as well as handling emails and general correspondence of the Medical Clinic
Performing venous and capillary blood draws
Supporting physicians from assistant doctors to senior physicians

What You Bring to This Position

Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant EFZ, Health Specialist EFZ, or as a Medical Secretary with experience in a hospital environment
Enjoy working independently in a small, family-like team
Very good knowledge of MS Office; KISIM knowledge is an advantage
An open and flexible personality with joy in patient contact
