A Head of Care and Support / Member of the Management Board (90-100%) We wish for
  • Completed and recognized diploma training at tertiary level in Switzerland
  • Professional soft skills that contribute as a team player to good collaboration and respectful interaction in the team
  • Above-average resident and service orientation and a winning manner
  • User knowledge of the RAI systems (RAI-NH and/or RAI-HC) is an advantage
  • Leadership experience and/or leadership training is an advantage
  • Joy and commitment in caring for elderly, life-experienced, and needy people
  • Enjoyment of interdisciplinary and cross-departmental collaboration
Your tasks and competencies include - Responsibility for the implementation of the philosophy, the mission statement, the leadership concept, and the service offerings
  • Organization of effective workflows in the respective area
  • Personnel management in the area of care and support and activation (staff planning, creating and conducting qualifications, creating employee references, etc.)
  • Collaboration with other areas of the operation
  • Responsibility for professional care and support (professional leadership) in the sense of targeted
Promotion of residents considering their individual needs (mission statement)
  • Coordination of doctor contacts, accompanying doctor visits, and responsibility for the execution of medical prescriptions
  • Accompanying and supporting trainees, trainers, and those responsible for training
Person within the care team - main responsibility in the correct application of the RAI NH and RAI HC process in all steps of the care process
  • Enabling meaningful activation therapy and support desired by the elderly
  • Compliance with hygiene regulations
  • Meaningful material management (purchase, storage, distribution) of the respective area (medications,
care materials, sterile goods)
- Co-responsibility in quality development and the development/revision of standards and concepts
