Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Quality, your mission will be to lead the quality teams responsible for continuous improvement, the sustainable resolution of quality issues in production, and the securing of new products, from development to their market launch, with a focus on rigour and excellence.

In this context, you will be responsible for:

• Managing and developing a multidisciplinary team of 6 employees

• Deploying the operational excellence strategy based on Lean Management principles and the Kaizen culture of continuous improvement

• Leading operational excellence projects

• Identifying process improvement areas

• Overseeing activities related to the quality assurance of new products from development through the first year on the market

• Supervising the handling of internal and external non-conformities through rigorous and structured quality problem management approaches

Qualifications

• You hold a higher degree in quality, engineering or equivalent and have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role

• You demonstrate expertise in continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma) and ideally hold a green belt certification

• You possess solid knowledge of industrial quality and problem-solving tools

• You have an in-depth knowledge of watchmaking processes

• With a unifying spirit, you show leadership and appreciate cross-functional exchanges
• You are proficient with common IT tools (ERP, MES, Excel, Power BI, project management)
